Data rules help enforce data quality and governance standards across workflows by validating specific data conditions.<\/p>\n

  1. Click the Create Data Rule<\/strong> button in the top right corner. \"Relevant<\/li>\n
  2. Enter a clear, identifiable name for the rule.<\/li>\n
  3. Provide a short description that explains:\n
      \n
    • What the rule validates<\/li>\n
    • Why the rule is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Add appropriate tags to organize and categorize the rule for governance and search purposes.<\/li>\n
    • Select the rule type.<\/li>\n
    • In the data source selection panel on the left:\n

      • Browse through available schemas, tables, and columns<\/li>\n
      • Use the Search<\/strong> functionality to locate specific items<\/li>\n
      • Select the columns to which this rule should apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Review the selected columns displayed in the right panel. Remove any columns if needed.<\/li>\n
