Administrators can control product access permissions, manage user roles, and maintain security compliance through this interface.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"accessing-grant-access\" class=\"titleAnchor\"><\/a>Accessing Grant Access<\/h2>\n<p>To access the Grant Access functionality:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the left-hand navigation menu, expand <strong>Access Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Grant Access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><a href=\"managing-access\" class=\"titleAnchor\"><\/a>Managing Access Permissions<\/h2>\n<p>The Grant Access interface provides several key functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <strong>Product<\/strong> dropdown at the top to select the required product for access management<\/li>\n<li>Search for specific organizations using the search functionality<\/li>\n<li>Refresh the organization list to see updated access information<\/li>\n<li>Use the <strong>Add Bulk Users<\/strong> option to add multiple users simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The page displays all organizations with access to the selected product.
