<\/a>Sharing Data Products<\/h1>\n

Share data products with other users or teams by granting specific access permissions and controls.<\/p>\n

To share a data product:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the Share<\/strong> icon.\"Relevant<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the email addresses of users to share with. Multiple users can be added as needed.<\/li>\n
  3. Configure the following sharing settings:\n
      \n
    • Set Access Control<\/strong> to either Grant<\/strong> or Deny<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Select appropriate access levels: Read Access<\/strong> and\/or Write Access<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Choose whether to apply permissions to child objects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • To add additional permission sets:\n

      • Click Add Permission Set<\/strong>\"Relevant<\/li>\n
      • Configure the additional sharing access settings<\/li>\n
      • Permission sets can be removed if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click Share Access<\/strong> to complete the sharing process\"Relevant<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
