Creating and Managing Storage

Storage provides centralized management of datasets within Arivonix, allowing users to organize and access data resources efficiently.

Creating Storage

To create a new storage resource in Arivonix:

1. Navigate to the Arivonix dashboard.
2. Select Storage from the main navigation menu.
3. Click the Create Storage button in the top right corner of the page.
4. In the storage creation form, enter a unique Storage Name.
5. Select the appropriate Storage Type from the dropdown options.
6. Choose the desired Region where the storage will be provisioned.
7. Configure any additional storage parameters as needed.
8. Click Create to initiate the storage creation process.
9. Wait for the storage creation to complete. The system will display a progress indicator during this process.
10. Once complete, the new storage will appear in the storage list with an Active status.

Managing Storage Resources

After storage is created, users can perform several management operations:

• View storage details by selecting a storage resource from the list
• Monitor storage usage and available capacity
• Upload and organize datasets within the storage
• Configure access permissions for other users
• Delete storage when no longer needed

The newly created storage is now available for active use within the Arivonix environment.
