Accessing Knowledge Catalog
- From the left-hand menu, expand the Data Governance tab
- Select Knowledge Catalog
Catalog Overview
The Knowledge Catalog interface displays a comprehensive list of registered data sources. Each entry includes essential details:
- Data Source Name
- Creation Date
- Description
- Associated Tags
Using Knowledge Catalog
Users can interact with the catalog in several ways:
- Search through registered data sources
- Apply filters to locate specific data sources
- Refresh the catalog view
- Select and explore data sources to examine their structure
Data Exploration
When a data source is selected, users can navigate through multiple levels of data organization:
- Database schemas
- Tables
- Columns
This hierarchical exploration provides complete visibility into the data structure, enabling teams to effectively utilize data across analytics, automation, and AI workflows.
