Understanding Prompt Designer Interface
Prompt Designer provides a centralized workspace for organizing, designing, and reusing prompts across different agents and large language models. This feature helps maintain consistency, governance, and control over language interactions throughout the platform.
Prompt Categories
Access Prompt Designer through the following steps:
- Navigate to AI Forge Studio from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select Prompt Designer
The interface includes a search bar at the top for finding prompts, along with options to refresh the list or create new prompts.
Available Prompt Sections
- Shared Prompts: Access prompts shared by team members
- My Prompts: View and manage personally created prompts
- System Prompts: Access platform-managed prompts used for system-level workflows
- Public Prompts: Browse commonly reusable prompts available across projects
By centralizing prompts in one location, Prompt Designer enables teams to standardize prompt logic and scale Agentic AI workflows across the enterprise.
