Data Access API Overview

Manage and organize API access groups to expose datasets as APIs with configurable access controls and monitoring capabilities.

Understanding the Interface

The Data Access API interface provides three main views accessible from the top of the page:

• My Groups: View API access groups owned by the user
• Shared Groups: Access groups shared by other users
• Marketplace Groups: Browse reusable API groups from the Marketplace

API Group Details

Each API group is represented by a card displaying the following information:

• Group name
• Owner details
• Creation date
• Cloud provider and deployment region
• Access type (public or private)
• Request limits
• Monitoring status
• Unique ARI (API Reference Identifier)
• Purpose-specific tags

Available Actions

The Action Menu on each group card provides the following options:

• Share the API group
• Edit group settings
• View API collections
• Share via Marketplace
• View analytics
• Delete API group
• Test API functionality
• Refresh API group list

To create a new API group, use the Create Group option.
