Grant Access
Manage organization and user-level access permissions for products with role-based controls and security.
Overview
The Grant Access page provides centralized access management capabilities for organizations and users across products. Administrators can control product access permissions, manage user roles, and maintain security compliance through this interface.
Accessing Grant Access
To access the Grant Access functionality:
- From the left-hand navigation menu, expand Access Management
- Select Grant Access
Managing Access Permissions
The Grant Access interface provides several key functions:
- Use the Product dropdown at the top to select the required product for access management
- Search for specific organizations using the search functionality
- Refresh the organization list to see updated access information
- Use the Add Bulk Users option to add multiple users simultaneously
The page displays all organizations with access to the selected product. Administrators can:
- Select an organization to manage its product access
- Grant new access permissions
- Modify existing access levels
- Manage user-level permissions within organizations
